It is with great enthusiasm that we announce Algonquin Grace Hospice Residence is expanding!
Thanks to your ongoing support and generosity, we are embarking on a new chapter of growth and service to our community.
Our new 3,000 square foot expansion project is currently underway and set to transform our beautiful hospice residence. This expansion will include dedicated spaces:
Additional Family Spaces: We recognize the importance of family in the hospice journey. The new expansion will include more family spaces, ensuring loved ones can be close and comfortable.
Counselling Spaces for Grief Programs: Grief is a deeply personal journey, and our expanded facility will feature dedicated counselling spaces where individuals and families can receive the support they need to navigate their grief.
Large Gathering Space: Central to our community-focused approach is the creation of a large gathering space. This area will serve as a foundation for grief support groups, volunteer meetings, and staff training sessions.
These new facilities are not just about physical space; they represent our commitment to enhancing the quality and reach of our community services programs. With your support, we can grow these vital programs and meet the increasing demand for compassionate end-of-life care and grief support in our community.
